We offer support to businesses based in Glasgow and West Central Scotland.

What do we support?

We support a range of Windows hardware including servers, workstations, laptops and printers. We also offer support for Microsoft Windows (both server and client) and a host of popular productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint and SAGE Payroll.

How will we support you?

Many support issues can be resolved over the phone or by offering remote assistance (where the support person takes control of your workstation or laptop remotely). If an issue can’t be resolved remotely or over the phone, we will visit you at your premises.

How do I raise a support call?

Customers may raise a support call either by phone, by email or via our online customer portal.

How much will it cost?

Quest customers have two payment options:

  • Fixed cost, where the support cost is fixed, based on the number of Windows devices in your organisation
  • Per incident, where the support cost is variable, based on the number of support calls you raise during the year

Gold, Silver or Bronze?

Many IT support companies offer a range of support services where customers pay more for a better service. Not us. At Quest, we believe that all of our customers deserve the same responsive service for the same reasonable cost.
